Is the Lisbon Treaty delivering on its promises?

Roundtable participants, from left to right: Andrew Duff, MEP; John Peet (The Economist); Sir Stephen Wall (Honorary President of UACES); John Plamer (advisory council of the Federal Trust); Charles Grant (Centre for European Reform)

The Lisbon Treaty conference featured a lively round table discussion on the impact of different aspects of the Treaty.

Following the conference we posed the question, “Is the Lisbon Treaty delivering on its promises?” to five conference participants.  Their responses were published in issue 67 of UACES newsletter.
